Twelve frames a roll
A twin-lens camera from a flea market made me slow down.
Viktor Sand
The camera cost less than a pizza. You look down into it, not through it, and the image is backwards. Twelve pictures on a roll. Then you wind and change in the dark.
With twelve frames you think before you press. I walked a whole afternoon and took five.
The prints
Square, a bit soft, a little too dark. I like all five. I have thousands of phone photos and I could not tell you about one of them.
