A week in the mountains, written down

No wifi, a pencil and a list of what we ate.

Karin Moberg

We rented a cabin in the mountains for the winter holiday. No internet. I brought a notebook and wrote one line a day.

Day one: wind. Day two: wind, waffles. Day four: the kids found a hill and did not come back until dark. Day six: everyone tired, everyone happy.

Why so short

Because the long version would be about me. The short version is about the week. When I read it now I can smell the wood stove.
